My healing philosophy is rooted in a comprehensive approach that takes into account our thoughts, food intake, and environment. This approach allows me to tailor my methods to meet the individual needs of each client, which is something I am extremely passionate about.
Assisting people in restoring and revitalizing their bodies brings me great reward, so they can pursue their passions every day. Through the art of bodywork, I help my clients maintain optimal health, happiness, and mobility.

My latest achievement is earning my certification in Ashiatsu DeepFeet Bar Therapy. I pursued this certification to create more balance in my therapy career.

-Therapists can apply more pressure with less discomfort giving clients a deep therapeutic massage without the discomfort of pointy elbows or thumbs.
-Many of the movements help to elongate the spine. These movements dramatically stretch the shortened muscles along the spine, relieving muscular discomfort and opening up space in the intervertebral foramen.

-Ashiatsu increases blood/lymph circulation quickly detoxifying the body at a much faster rate. It’s both relaxing and therapeutic at the same time. There is typically less inflammation and soreness post-massage compared to deep neuromuscular work.
- Clients receive more massage benefits in a shorter amount of time and maintain results for a longer period.
-After a few treatments, it will help improve the client’s posture and movement while relieving pain, improving bodily functions, and creating a state of well-being.
